Harbour Hill
Harbour Hill is in Coldharbour. It's the middle cottage of three in a small row. It's on a country road, so you'll hear cars go past now and again.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. You can bring two dogs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-kept. The main bedroom has a hand-made four-poster bed. It's nice. One twin bedroom is on the first floor, and the other is up another flight of stairs.
Downstairs there's a living room with an open fire. We leave some wood for you to get started. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside is an enclosed garden, with a patio and a barbecue.
In the village, about half a mile away, there's a pub that does food and a small shop. For a bigger shop, Dorchester is about fifteen minutes by car. Weymouth and its beach are about four miles south.
If you head west along the coast, you get to Abbotsbury. Its swannery is worth a visit if that's your sort of thing. Further on is West Bay, at the end of Chesil Beach. Portland is joined to the mainland by that same beach road. There's sailing and coastal walks there.
