Painters Cottage At Old Orchard
This is Painters Cottage. It's in Sutton Poyntz, which is a small village just outside Weymouth. The cottage is part of a little group called Old Orchard. You drive up a shared driveway to get to it. It's quiet here.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a five star place, which means it's well looked after and comfortable.
You've got a small private patio out the back. It gets the sun. There's a village pub about two minutes' walk away. Overcombe Beach is a short walk downhill from the village.
Weymouth itself is a ten minute drive. It's a classic seaside town. The seafront's level, which is good for a stroll. There's a cinema, shops, and plenty of places to eat. Dorchester is about a fifteen minute drive the other way.
If you're driving out for the day, you're well placed. The Tank Museum at Bovington is about twenty minutes away. Monkey World is maybe half an hour. You're right on the edge of the Dorset National Landscape for walking. The coastal path is easily reached.
In the cottage there's a dishwasher, wifi, and parking. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets allowed.
