Sunset Cottage
Sunset Cottage is in Coldharbour, just outside Weymouth. It's a single-storey bungalow, so everything's on one level. There are a couple of others next to it, but yours is separate.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The patio and garden are enclosed, which is handy if you've brought a dog. You can bring one dog.
You're a couple of miles from the coast. Chesil Beach is close. The proper Jurassic Coast starts there too. The view from here is over the downs towards Hardy's Monument, which is just a tower on a hill. It's nice in the evening.
Weymouth has a big sandy beach and all the usual seafront things. For a more dramatic coast, you drive west to places like Lulworth Cove or east to West Bay. The coastal path is right there for walking. Dorchester is very close if you need shops or a supermarket.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is right outside.
