Pebbles
Pebbles is in Fortuneswell, on the Isle of Portland. It's a cottage, about 200 years old. It's been done up inside.
It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. We allow one well-behaved dog.
You're very close to the sea here. It's a few minutes' walk to Chiswell beach and the start of Chesil Beach. The coastal path is right there. The local pub and a shop are about 300 yards away.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can park on site.
For a day out, Weymouth is a short drive over the causeway. It's a Georgian town with a big beach and a Sea Life centre. The whole coastline here is part of the Jurassic Coast. The National Trust looks after a lot of it. There's an RSPB nature reserve at Radipole Lake in Weymouth.
If you're into water sports, people come here for sailing, windsurfing and diving. The sea fishing off the beach is known for being good.
