Chilmello Cottage

Chilmello Cottage is in Pittenweem. It's a one bedroom place, so it's really just for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after.

The cottage is a couple of minutes' walk from the harbour. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. You get one pet allowed. There's a log burner in the living room for chilly evenings.

Pittenweem is a proper working fishing village. You can see the boats come in. There are two pubs, a few shops, and a seafood place by the harbour. Anstruther, which has more restaurants, is about five minutes away by car.

You're right on the Fife Coastal Path here. You can walk along it to other villages like St Monans or Anstruther. There's a tidal pool in Pittenweem, and more in the nearby villages if you're into that.

St Andrews is less than half an hour's drive for golf or the university town. The beaches at Elie are also close by.

Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, WiFi, TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. The kitchen has everything for self-catering.
