Island View
Island View is in Crail, up in Fife. It's a detached house, so you've got your own space. From the front you can see the Firth of Forth, and from the back it's just countryside.
It sleeps six, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. That's handy if you've got kids or another family with you. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
Crail itself is nice. The harbour is the classic postcard one. There's a good sandy beach. The lanes have little shops and cafes. You can get fresh lobster and crab right at the harbour. For walks, the Fife Coastal Path starts nearby.
There's a shop about 200 yards away. A pub and a restaurant are about 300 yards.
If you want to go further, Anstruther is just along the coast. They run boat trips from there out to the Isle of May for the wildlife.
St Andrews is about a 15 minute drive. Golf, obviously. But also the botanic garden is nice, and there's more shops and places to eat. For history, there's Scottish Fisheries Museum in Anstruther.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and an enclosed garden. It's wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
