Rumpys
Rumpys is a detached house. It's in a quiet street, but you can walk into Anstruther in about five minutes.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. We had it all redone in 2022, so everything's fresh and works properly. It's got a 4 Star rating.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, one with twins. There's a shower room on that floor too, which is handy. The kitchen is decent sized and modern. It leads out to a paved garden. The garden is fully enclosed, so it's private. There's a hot tub and seating out there.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both with kingsize beds. There's a second shower room up there.
Anstruther itself is one of the Fife fishing villages. The harbour's nice. There are pubs, restaurants, and some shops. The famous fish and chip shop is there. For a bigger town, St Andrews is about a fifteen-minute drive. Golf, the university, more shops.
You're on the coast. The Fife Coastal Path is right there for walking. You can drive to other villages like Crail or Pittenweem easily. If you want to go inland a bit, Falkland Palace is about half an hour away.
What's here: Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
