This is Ben The Hoose, near Anstruther in Fife. It's a detached bungalow in a quiet spot. It sleeps six with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The place is rated four stars. It's comfortable and clean. We try to make it nice for you arriving. You'll find some basics in the kitchen and a cake I've baked. Robes and slippers are there for the hot tub.
You're about five minutes' walk from Anstruther harbour and the beach. The local chippy is good. There's a shop and a pub within 500 yards. The bus along the coast is handy if you want to walk one way and get the bus back.
There's a utility room with a sink, which is useful for washing off sandy beach things. The garden is enclosed. You've got your own parking.
For days out, you can get boat trips from the harbour to the Isle of May to see the puffins. St Andrews is about a twenty minute drive along the coast for the golf or the university town. The Fife Coastal Path goes right through here. You can walk to other villages like Crail one way or Elie the other.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. We provide bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
