Low Tide
It’s called Low Tide. It’s a ground floor flat in Cellardyke, which is basically part of Anstruther in Fife. It’s for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom.
The main thing is the sea view. You’re right on the harbour. You can see it from the living room window. The shared garden out the back is south-facing and looks over the water. You’ll see boats coming and going.
The flat is 3 Star. It’s got what you need: a washing machine, TV, WiFi, bedding and towels are provided. It’s all on the ground floor. The space is open plan.
You can bring up to two dogs.
You walk straight out the door and you’re on the shore. The Fife Coastal Path goes right past. You can walk to Crail and St Andrews one way, or to Pittenweem and Elie the other. There’s a coastal bus if you don’t want to walk back.
Anstruther has shops, pubs, and the famous fish and chip shop. There’s a golf course nearby. St Andrews is about fifteen minutes by car. If you want to go further, Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth are all within an hour’s drive.
Sometimes it’s booked with the flat upstairs, High Tide, for a group of four.
