Cunliffe Cottage
Cunliffe Cottage is out the back of our farm, down a private drive. We live next door. It's a single-storey place, so all on one level.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own shower rooms. We had the whole place redone a few years ago, so it's all fresh. It gets a good amount of sun.
You get a private patio that's enclosed, good if you've got a dog or kids. There's parking right outside. The views are over our fields and the valley.
It's about a mile from Hathersage village centre. You can walk it in twenty minutes or so. There's a shop, a few pubs and cafes. The outdoor swimming pool is open in summer, it's heated.
You're right in the Peak District. Stanage Edge is very close for walking or climbing. Castleton is about ten minutes by car. Eyam, Bakewell, and Chatsworth are all within a twenty minute drive.
We're on a working farm. You'll see sheep, and sometimes hear us getting on with things. It's generally quiet though.
It's got underfloor heating, a wood burner, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
