Country Lodge
Country Lodge is in Little Musgrave. It's a big, detached house that sleeps ten people. There are five bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom.
The house is sort of in two parts. The main house has three bedrooms, the main kitchen, a big living room, and a dining table that seats twelve. There's also a games room with table football. The annex at the back has two more bedrooms and its own little open-plan kitchen and living space. It works well if you've got two families who want a bit of separation.
Outside, there's a patio at the back from the annex. At the front there's another outdoor dining area and a semi-enclosed bit with the hot tub and a BBQ.
The village is quiet. The Eden Wedding Barn is a short walk away, so it's convenient if you're here for that. For shops and pubs, you'd drive to Kirkby Stephen or Appleby. They're only a few minutes away by car.
You're in the Eden Valley here. For walking and cycling, you're right in the middle of it. The Settle to Carlisle railway runs through Kirkby Stephen if you fancy a scenic train trip. You can drive to the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales in under an hour. The North Pennines, Hadrian's Wall, and the Scottish borders are all within a reasonable drive too.
Inside, it's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's a luxury property. We include all the bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. You can bring one dog. We've also got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
