The picturesque conservation village of Ripponden is around a 10 minute drive, and here you’ll find traditional pubs together with new bars, restaurants and retail opportunities. 10 Minutes in the other direction is the mill town of Sowerby Bridge which is renowned for its diverse food and drink, as well as being surrounded by some of the country’s finest and most dramatic landscapes.
Attractions within a 40-minute drive include the Royal Armouries Museum, Brontë Parsonage Museum, National Media Museum and the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Cannon Hall Museum and the fabulous Harewood House are all around an hour away.
