Barkers
This is Barkers. It's our cottage in Ellington, Northumberland. It's a terraced house, right opposite the village pub. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Got a 4 Star rating.
The place is a good base for the coast. Druridge Bay is a short drive away. It's a proper beach, big and sandy. The whole coastline is nice for walking.
It's a straightforward house. Has a washing machine and dishwasher. Wifi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the street outside. No pets, sorry.
The pub over the road does food. There's a shop nearby too, about 50 yards away. If you need more, Ashington is a few miles west for supermarkets.
You're well placed for day trips. Northumberland National Park, Hadrian's Wall, and the castles like Alnwick and Warkworth are all within about half an hour's drive.
