Seashells is on the main road in Newbiggin by the Sea. It's a ground floor apartment, so you just walk straight in. You're two minutes from the beach. I mean that literally, it's a very short walk to the promenade.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there, but it's not a show home.
The beach is sandy and the promenade is good for a walk. There's an ice cream place on the front. The village is small and friendly. It's got a golf course on the cliff top and the old lifeboat house is now a Maritime Centre with a cafe.
There's a shop about 150 yards away and a pub just a bit further. They're both handy.
In terms of things to do, you're in a good spot for Northumberland. Morpeth is about eight miles away for shops and cafes. You can get up to the coast at Druridge Bay easily. For a day out, Alnwick Castle and Gardens are about a 45 minute drive. The Farne Islands and Holy Island are a bit further, maybe just over an hour depending on tides. Newcastle city centre is half an hour by car if you want a night out or some shopping.
What's here: it's all on one level. There's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Parking is right outside. The bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
