A self-contained wing of the owner’s historic Georgian home, dating from 1708, in a peaceful setting, it is within easy walking distance of Axmouth with its thatched colour-washed cottages and a restaurant and is only 4 miles away from Lyme Regis and the Dorest Coast. The Axe estuary is a delight for bird-watchers and windsurfers with public bird hides, paths and cycle ways. Seaton, 2 miles, boasts a beach and an electric tramway.
