This is Helena. It's a converted Victorian barn on a working farm in Woolland, right in the Dorset countryside. It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a proper kitchen, a living area, and a big patio with good views. There's also a hot tub just outside the back door.
On the farm site itself, there's an indoor swimming pool you can book slots for, a games room, a fishing lake, and a play area for kids. You can park right there and there's an electric vehicle charger.
The stairs inside are typical for a barn conversion, so they're a bit steep and open. Something to be aware of if you've got little ones or anyone unsteady on their feet.
You're well placed for getting out. The Jurassic Coast is about half an hour's drive. Places like Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are that way. Inland, you've got Sherborne and its old buildings, or Corfe Castle. For a day out, Monkey World and the Tank Museum at Bovington are also within about thirty minutes.
Facilities wise, it's all included: bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, and the electricity. There's a washing machine and dishwasher, and a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry.
