Granary
The Granary is a converted barn on our farm, near the hamlet of Woolland. It's one of several cottages here in the main Victorian barn building. You get your own front door and a private patio with a table.
It sleeps four, maybe five if someone uses the single bed in one room. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. There's also a separate shower room downstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. It's not a show home.
The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a Smart TV and the Wi-Fi is decent. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking right outside.
Being part of the bigger estate means you can use the shared facilities. There's an indoor swimming pool, a games room, and a kids' play area. If you have an electric car, we have a charger.
It's quiet here. You look out over fields. For a walk from the door, you can follow the farm tracks. For something bigger, the National Trust has several places nearby. We're about half an hour from the coast.
If you head to the Jurassic Coast, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are the famous spots. Weymouth and Lyme Regis are good for a classic seaside day. Inland, Sherborne is a nice town to wander around. For a day out, The Tank Museum at Bovington is about 20 minutes away.
No pets, sorry. The property is non-smoking.
