The Stable is here in Woolland. It's a ground-floor cottage, so no stairs to worry about. It sleeps four, in one double and one twin. There's a bathroom with a shower.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. The living area and kitchen are open plan. There's underfloor heating so it's warm underfoot. The dining room has a large window with a view of Bulbarrow Hill.
Outside, there's a private patio with a hot tub. You also get access to the shared facilities on the farm. There's an indoor heated swimming pool, a games room, and a kids' play area. There's a fishing lake if you're into that. We do have electric vehicle charging points.
The village is quiet. You'll need a car. The coast is about a forty minute drive. The National Trust looks after a lot of the nearby coastline, like Golden Cap. For walking and local landscape info, Dorset Council's countryside pages are useful.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got places like Sherborne for the castle and abbey. The Tank Museum at Bovington and Monkey World are in that direction too. Corfe Castle is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, a TV, and parking. The property is on a working farm. No pets, I'm afraid.
