Foxglove is a new shepherds hut in Ibberton. It's detached, sits on its own bit of garden, and it's for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well finished.
You park in a designated spot and walk a short way through the garden to get to it. There are three steps up into the hut. Inside, it's all one space. There's a kitchen area with an oven and a fridge, a seating area with an electric wood burner effect stove, and a raised king-size bed at one end. The shower room is at the back. It has a shower cubicle, toilet, and basin.
Outside, there's a bench, a BBQ fire pit, and a sail for shade. The view is over open fields.
The Wessex Ridgeway trail is right nearby if you want to walk or cycle. The local pub is about a five minute walk, but it's only open Thursday to Sunday lunch. There are other pubs a short drive away.
Blandford Forum is the nearest town, about a 15 minute drive. It has shops, cafes, and a few museums. The coast, like Lulworth Cove, is about 35 minutes by car.
A few useful links if you're planning: National Trust Dorset, New Forest National Park Authority, and for the coastline, Jurassic Coast.
The facilities list says it's wheelchair accessible. There's on-site parking, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
