The Firs
The Firs is a one-bedroom place in Child Okeford. It's on the ground floor, everything in one flat. It's just for two people. You've got your own bit of garden out the front.
It was all done up a couple of years ago, so it's fresh and clean. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The shower room is good.
There's a farm shop café and a post office in the village. Two pubs as well. The nearest one is about a five minute walk.
Hambledon Hill is right behind the village. It's an old hill fort. You can walk up there in twenty minutes from the door. The views are fantastic.
The old railway trail is nearby for walks or a bike ride. Blandford Forum is a short drive away if you need bigger shops or want to see the museum.
You're well placed for getting out. The Jurassic Coast is about an hour's drive. The Cerne Abbas Giant is closer. The National Trust's Kingston Lacy house and gardens are about 40 minutes away. The New Forest is under an hour.
It's got parking right outside. There's a washing machine in a shared laundry room. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry. The place is wheelchair friendly.
