Antells Farm Barn

Antells Farm Barn is a converted barn out by Walton Elm. It's detached and quiet. You get a fenced garden with a patio and a lawn, which is good for dogs and kids. It's just fields around, which is the main point. You're here for the peace.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well equipped and in good order. Everything works.

Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen's at one end, living area in the middle. There's a 42-inch TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wifi is fine. It's a light space but it's a barn, so the walls are thick.

The Crown Inn pub is about a mile's walk up the lane. It's a proper village pub, does food. Sturminster Newton is two miles away for a bigger shop and cafes.

You're well placed for getting out. The Blackmore Vale is all around you for walks. Shaftesbury and Gold Hill are about a 20 minute drive. Sherborne with its abbey and castle is about half an hour. Blandford Forum is similar. If you want the coast, Poole Harbour and Studland Bay are roughly 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Facilities: everything listed is there. You can bring two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right next to the barn.
