The Lodge Cheselbourne

The Lodge is in Cheselbourne, a small village. It's a detached bungalow, so no one above or below you. It's been done up recently.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one double and one single. One bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate loo. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and has everything you need.

The main room is all open plan, kitchen, living, dining. French doors go out to the garden. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, that sort of thing. There's a smart TV.

The garden is private. There's a stream at the bottom. You can paddle in it if you like, but the water's cold. The hot tub is at the side, away from the road and neighbours.

We've got some alpacas in the field next to the driveway. They'll often come over to say hello. Please drive slowly past them and don't go into the field.

For walking, you're right in the countryside here. The Jurassic Coast is about 20 minutes away by car. You've got Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door there. Weymouth beach is about half an hour's drive. Dorchester, the main town, is about nine miles. It's got shops, a market, and some museums.

Facilities wise: everything's included, bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. No pets, sorry.
