Flat 4E is an apartment in Aberystwyth. It's on the fourth floor of a modern block, Eldestone. You get views out to sea from the front and over the town at the back.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms, with one bathroom. There's a balcony off the living room with a table and chairs. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything's in good order. The building has a lift to all floors, so you don't have to worry about the stairs.
There's a shared hot tub on the ground floor for residents to use.
You're about a ten minute walk from the town centre and the seafront. The main university campus and the Arts Centre are a bit further up the hill. The beach is good for a walk, and the promenade goes on for miles.
Constitution Hill is just north of the harbour. You can walk up or take the cliff railway. The camera obscura at the top is interesting.
The Vale of Rheidol Railway steam train runs from the town station up to Devil's Bridge, which is a nice trip. Inland, Bwlch Nant yr Arian is good for walking and they feed the red kites every day.
The facilities are what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, smart TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. You can bring up to two pets.
