This is No 2B, in Aberystwyth. It's a second-floor flat in a building with a couple of other holiday lets. You get a private balcony that looks straight out to sea. It's a good view, especially with a coffee in the morning.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, and each one has its own shower room. That's handy if you're two couples. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-finished and everything's new. The parking is on-site, right outside.
The living area is all open plan. Kitchen's good, has a dishwasher. There's a shared hot tub on the ground floor level that you can book slots for.
You're about a ten-minute walk from the town centre and the main promenade. North Beach is the closest one. The cliff railway up Constitution Hill is worth doing once for the view. The university campus is up that way too, and the Arts Centre there has shows and a decent cafe.
If you fancy a drive, the Vale of Rheidol steam train goes from town out to Devil's Bridge. The Bwlch Nant yr Arian forest centre, about 20 minutes inland, has good walking trails and they feed the red kites every day at 3pm.
Facilities wise, it's all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
