4 Pengraig Draw is a semi-detached house in Chancery, outside Aberystwyth. It's up a lane with views out over the fields and hills towards the coast. You're about three miles from town.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, so it's good for a couple of families. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is well looked after and works as it should. There's a conservatory on the back which is a nice spot to sit. The garden is enclosed, and there's a hot tub. The kids' play area is shared with a few other houses on the lane.
It's a proper rural spot, so you'll need a car. Aberystwyth is a ten minute drive for supermarkets, the pier, the promenade. The cliff railway is there too. The beach is shingle. New Quay and Aberaeron are along the coast, about twenty and thirty minutes by car. They're good for a wander and an ice cream.
For walking, you're on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The coast path is very close. For a day out, the Vale of Rheidol Railway steam train goes from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge. The waterfalls there are worth seeing.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog. Parking is on site.
