5 Pengraig Draw is in Chancery, about three miles south of Aberystwyth. It's a modern semi-detached house, part of a small group on a quiet lane. You have your own garden and a decked terrace, which looks out over fields towards the hills and a bit of sea.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating. This mainly means it's very well equipped, modern and clean. There's parking right outside.
In terms of layout, everything is on one level except a few steps down from the lounge to the kitchen. Good if you don't fancy stairs.
The location is rural, but you're not far from anything. The beach at Borth is about ten minutes drive. Aberystwyth is just over five minutes the other way. There's a farm shop about two miles away and a pub in Llanfarian, which is three miles. They do food.
For days out, Aberystwyth has the usual seaside things, a pier and the electric cliff railway. New Quay and Aberaeron are lovely little harbour towns, about twenty minutes up the coast. You often see dolphins from New Quay. The steam train from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge is a nice trip, especially if you want to see the waterfalls.
For walks, you're on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. The coast path is all along here too. The National Trust has a few sites nearby, like Llanerchaeron. Snowdonia National Park is roughly an hour's drive north if you fancy climbing a mountain.
Inside, it has all the things you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a shared play area for kids with some toys, just opposite the house.
If you need more space, you can book this house with some of the others next door.
