No 1 Pegraig Draw is in Chancery, about three miles south of Aberystwyth. It's one of a small group of cottages. The view from the back is the main thing, over the valley towards the hills. You can sit in the conservatory and look at it.
It sleeps six, but it's two bedrooms and one bathroom. They're big rooms, so it manages. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
It's quiet here. The nearest shop is two miles away. There's a pub and a restaurant in Aberystwyth, about three miles. Aberystwyth has a promenade, a pier, and the cliff railway. The beach is a mile away, a pebble beach. There are sandy ones a short drive along the coast.
New Quay and Aberaeron are nice for a trip. Harbours, ice cream, fish and chips. The coast path is right there for walking. You can drive into the Cambrian Mountains from here quite easily.
The Vale of Rheidol Railway runs steam trains from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge. You can see the waterfalls there.
