Right, it's Number 4B on Belgrave Road in Aberystwyth. It's a third-floor flat. You'll get a view of the sea from the windows, which is nice.
It's for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a five star rating, so everything should be in good order and it's well looked after. The bed's in the main living space, it's a studio layout. The kitchen's all in there too. It's modern.
The bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. The bath's one of those free-standing ones.
There's a shared hot tub on the grounds. You book slots for it.
Parking is on site, which is a relief because it can be tricky in town. Everything like bed linen and towels is included. There's WiFi and a TV.
For the town itself, you're up the hill a bit, so it's a proper walk down into the centre and the seafront, or a very short drive. The promenade is good for a walk. The castle ruins are right on the front. The Cliff Railway takes you up Constitution Hill for the view. There's a camera obscura at the top.
The National Library is worth a look, and the Arts Centre has things on. The Vale of Rheidol steam railway goes from the station out to Devil's Bridge.
If you want to get out of town, Bwlch Nant yr Arian forest is about a fifteen minute drive. They feed the red kites there every day. The wider area is good for walking. You're right on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains.
