This is No 1G on Marine Terrace in Aberystwyth. It's a first-floor apartment that looks straight out to sea. You get that view from the living area.

It's a very short walk down to the promenade and North Beach. The town centre is just behind you. You've got the castle ruins, the university, and the Arts Centre all within a ten-minute walk. The cliff railway up Constitution Hill is at the end of the terrace.
If you want to drive out, Bwlch Nant yr Arian is about 15 minutes inland. They do red kite feeding there. The Vale of Rheidol steam railway to Devil's Bridge is a good day out.
