This is No 1B. It's in Aberystwyth, up on a hill at the north end of the promenade. It's one half of a semi-detached house that's been made into two flats. You'll have the top two floors.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of them is en-suite to the main bedroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable.
The main living area is upstairs to make the most of the view. You get a good look at the sea from there. The kitchen and the other two bedrooms are on the floor below. There's a shared hot tub in the back garden, which you can book slots for.
The town centre is about a fifteen minute walk downhill. Everything's there: shops, pubs, the pier. The beach is at the bottom of the hill. The cliff railway up Constitution Hill is just along the road. It's a good way to get the view without the climb.
Within about half an hour's drive, you've got a few options. The Vale of Rheidol steam railway goes from town out to Devil's Bridge. For a walk, Bwlch Nant yr Arian is a forestry centre with good trails and they feed the red kites every day. Further south, there's the Cardigan Bay coast path.
For facilities: there's parking for one car on the drive. It has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher. All the bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
