Dyffryn Cain is near Llandre in Ceredigion. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on either side. You can see fields and trees from the garden.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is in good order and feels quite spacious.
The kitchen is big, with a large table that seats everyone. The bi-fold doors open onto the patio, which gets the sun. There's a utility room with the washing machine. And there's a games room in a converted outbuilding, which is handy if the weather turns.
Outside, there's a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The view is over the valley. It's quiet. You're down a lane.
The nearest proper shop is in Aberystwyth, which is about four miles away. There's a local pub you can walk to. For the beach, Borth is less than a ten minute drive. It's a classic seaside town with a long beach and a golf club.
Aberystwyth has the castle ruins, the pier, and the Vale of Rheidol Railway. If you like walking, the Cambrian Way runs nearby. For a day out, you can drive up to the Ceredigion coast or into the Snowdonia National Park in under an hour.
Facilities: parking for a couple of cars, WiFi, cot and highchair available, bedding and towels are provided. The washing machine and dishwasher are there. No pets allowed.
