Little House On The Common
This is Little House On The Common. It's on the edge of Great Green, which is a village green with grazing rights. It's very quiet. There's no street lighting and hardly any traffic.
The cottage is for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom. The bathroom has a small bath with a shower attachment over it, so it's not a separate cubicle. Just so you know.
It's open plan inside. There are French doors out to your own bit of patio. You can also use our big lawn garden, but there's an unfenced pond in it.
We take two dogs. The common right outside is perfect for walks. You can just open the gate and go.
Diss is the nearest proper town, about four and a half miles away. It has supermarkets, a few places to eat, and a train station. For a day out, you've got options. The Suffolk coast is about 40 minutes drive. Norwich is roughly the same to the north. Cambridge is just over an hour to the west.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean and comfortable, but not fancy. There's parking, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
