The Coach House is near the village of Yaxley in Suffolk. It sits in a big space, with about thirty acres of gardens and paddocks around it. It's a single-storey place, so no stairs to worry about. It's all on one level.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both have double beds. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating from the official people, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You have your own enclosed garden out the back through French doors. It looks out over fields. It's quiet.
Right on the edge of the property is Mellis Common, which is a big nature reserve. Good for walks straight from the door. You can see birds and deer sometimes.
The owners live on site and have horses. They offer riding lessons if you book ahead, and sometimes you can hire a horse.
There's a pub about three quarters of a mile away in the next village, Yaxley. It's a proper local. The nearest shop is about three miles away in Eye.
Eye and Diss are the closest towns. Diss has a train station with direct trains to London. Eye is a small market town.
You're about a 30 minute drive from the Suffolk Heritage Coast, places like Southwold and Aldeburgh. The Norfolk Broads are about the same distance the other way. Norwich and Bury St Edmunds are both less than an hour's drive.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The entrance and main rooms are wheelchair accessible. There's parking right outside.
It's on the same grounds as two other holiday lets, so big groups could book them together.
