Coach House
The Coach House is in Yaxley, near Diss. It's part of a farm, with two other cottages in the same grounds if you're coming with a bigger group.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The place is quiet. Your garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or a dog. Actually, no pets sorry.
The view from the back is just fields. It borders Mellis Common, which is a big nature reserve. Good for a walk without having to drive anywhere first.
There's a local pub about three quarters of a mile away. The nearest shop is in Eye, about three miles.
If you like horses, you can arrange riding lessons here. The owner has stables.
Diss is the nearest proper town. It's got a train station with direct lines to London, a swimming pool, and the usual supermarkets. Eye is a bit smaller but has a couple of nice places to eat.
For a day out, the Suffolk coast is about 45 minutes' drive. Southwold, Aldeburgh, places like that. The Norfolk Broads are a similar distance. Norwich is less than an hour, and Bury St Edmunds is about 40 minutes.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a games room in one of the outbuildings. The entrance and main living space are wheelchair accessible.
