The cottage is called Park View. It's one of four here on Wortham Ling. We're on 54 acres of our own land. You get nice big skies out here, it's very quiet.
It's a glamping pod, so it's all on one level. It sleeps two in a double bed, and there's a sofa bed if you need it for another couple. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's clean and modern inside.
You've got your own bit of garden with a fire pit and a barbecue. There's a proper fishing pond on the grounds if you bring your rods. The parking is right outside.
The village of Diss is about two and a half miles by road. There's a footpath that cuts it to just over a mile. It's got shops, supermarkets, a few pubs, and a train station. You can get a train to Norwich or into London from there if you want.
For days out, Bressingham Steam and Gardens is about ten minutes away by car. The coast at Southwold or Aldeburgh is roughly 35 miles. Bury St Edmunds is about 19 miles. If you like walking and nature, RSPB Minsmere is a good spot, and the Norfolk Broads aren't far.
Inside, there's a compact kitchen with the basics, a shower, WiFi, and bedding and towels are provided. It's wheelchair friendly to get in. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
