Little Crown
Little Crown is in Shelfanger. It's part of an old building that used to be the village pub, from the 1600s. It's semi-detached and Grade II listed.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. The stairs are steep. That's normal for a place this old. The second bedroom has a trundle bed that can be a single or a small twin. You need to tell us which you want when you book.
Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen and living room together. There's a wood burning stove. There's private parking at the front and a sunny bit out there to sit. There's a lockable shed round the back if you bring bikes.
The village is quiet. You can walk straight from the door. Diss is three miles away. That's where the main shops are and the train station. Trains go to Norwich and London from there.
Bressingham Steam Museum is about ten minutes' drive. For the coast, places like Southwold are a good half hour away or a bit more. The Norfolk Broads are about forty-five minutes' drive.
