Pear Tree Cottage
Pear Tree Cottage is on our land, but it's separate. You have your own enclosed garden out the back.
It's a three bedroom place, sleeps six. One bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's tidy and has what you need, but it's not a show home. The stairs are steep, normal for a cottage.
The village shop is a five minute walk. The pub's about a mile away, a proper local. Banham Zoo is here too, the kids like the adventure play area. There's a fishing lake you can walk to.
For a bigger day out, Snetterton race circuit is about ten minutes by car. Thetford Forest is a bit further, maybe twenty five minutes. Good for walks and cycling. The Norfolk coast, with all the beaches and bird reserves, is roughly a half hour drive. It's a straight run.
The facilities are what you'd expect: parking right here, Wi-Fi, washing machine, a TV. Highchair, cot, and stairgate are here if you need them. The bedding's included. You can bring two dogs.
