Ty Chwiad is in Penycaerau. It's pronounced 'Tee Choo-ad'. It's a small, single-storey cottage for two people.
It's got one bedroom and one bathroom, all on the same level. There's a king size bed and a shower. The main room is open plan, with a wood burning stove, a kitchen area, and doors out to the patio. It's a new build, so it's got underfloor heating and feels clean and modern. You're welcome to bring one dog.
Outside, there's a private patio with a table and chairs, and a barbecue. It looks out over fields. This part of Gwynedd feels quite remote and quiet. You might get a mobile signal, but the WiFi is reliable if you need it.
It's a good spot for getting to places. Abersoch is about fifteen minutes away by car. That's where the main beach and shops are. There's a National Trust property nearby too, Plas yn Rhiw, which has nice gardens. The beach at Porth Neigwl, which surfers use, is also close.
For walking, you're on the edge of the Llŷn Peninsula. The Llŷn Coastal Path is accessible. Boat trips to Bardsey Island leave from Porth Meudwy, not far from here.
Inside, there's a TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
