This is Derlwyn. It's in Rhoshirwaun, which is a village near Aberdaron on the Llŷn Peninsula. It's a detached house, so you've got your own space.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a well-kept, modern place.
The house is warm. It's got a wood-burner in the snug and a new heat pump system for the central heating. There are two living areas: one with a bay window and another that leads into a conservatory. The kitchen has a Range cooker. Outside, there's a decked balcony off the conservatory and a garden with a lawn and a big outdoor table.
Aberdaron is about two miles away. It's got a sandy beach and a small National Trust centre. You can get boat trips from there to Bardsey Island if the weather's good. The whole coastline around here is good for walking.
For facilities: there's parking, wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and now an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips, the Snowdonia National Park site has walking information. For local history and places, Visit Wales is useful. For the coast path and Bardsey, check Llŷn.info.
