Derlwyn

Derlwyn is in Rhoshirwaun. It's on the Llyn Peninsula. A detached house. Sleeps six.

Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after. There's a bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and its own bathroom, so that's useful if stairs are a problem. The other two bedrooms are upstairs - another king size with an en-suite shower, and a twin.

Two living spaces. There's a snug with a wood burner and a main living room with a big bay window. The view from there is fields and hills. The conservatory looks out the same way. Outside, there's a decked balcony off the conservatory, and a bigger garden at the back with a lawn and a table.

Kitchen has a range cooker and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, wifi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry. The listing says there's an electric vehicle charger, but please check the specifics with us before you travel if you're relying on that.

The village is quiet. The coast is about half a mile down the hill. It's a sandy beach. There's a National Trust centre there about the area's history. You can sometimes get boat trips over to Bardsey Island from nearby. It's a good spot for birdwatching.

Aberdaron is the nearest proper village with shops and a couple of pubs. That's about three miles away. Abersoch is about a 20 minute drive, more of a resort place. Pwllheli is about half an hour for bigger supermarkets.
