Cyll Y Felin Fawr 2 is a stone cottage about a mile outside Aberdaron. It's one of a pair, Cyll Y Felin Fawr 1 is next door. They're old, probably from the 1800s.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The second bedroom is an attic room, the ceiling is quite low in there. Kids tend to like it. One bathroom.
You've got a patio and garden to yourself. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after and comfortable.
The drive here is nice, lots of sea views. You're about a mile from the beach at Aberdaron. The 'Whistling Sands' beach at Porthor is just over a mile the other way. Aberdaron village has a couple of shops, cafes and pubs. It's a proper little seaside place.
You're right on the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula. Abersoch and Pwllheli are a short drive away if you want more shops or a different beach. The Snowdonia National Park isn't far either, maybe half an hour to the edges of it.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
If you're planning walks or days out, the Visit Snowdonia site is useful, and so is the National Trust for Lleyn.
