Hafan is in Morfa, which is on the Llŷn Peninsula. It's a detached house, so you're not sharing any walls. The garden has a private gate that takes you straight down to Porth Colmon harbour. It's a small shingle beach. You can sometimes see dolphins. You can buy lobster and crab from the boats there in season.
The house sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The stairs are open and steep. They are cottage stairs. There's a stairgate at the top.
There's a large conservatory with good views over the fields to the sea. We had the bay windows replaced a couple of years ago.
The Llŷn Coastal Path runs along the lane, so you can start a walk from the door. Aberdaron village is about six miles away. There's a seasonal shop a quarter of a mile off, and the nearest proper pub and restaurant is three miles.
The National Trust's Plas yn Rhiw is nearby. It's a quiet house with nice gardens. If you're planning trips, your best bet is Visit Wales North and National Trust Plas yn Rhiw.
The facilities are what you'd expect: washing machine, dishwasher, woodburning stove, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site.
