Colman Bach is our place in Morfa, on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the sea and the coast. It's really quite something, especially from the garden. We had new windows and doors put in a couple of years ago.
It's a short walk down to Porth Colmon harbour and the little beach there. You might see dolphins or seals. There's a slipway if you've got a small boat. Sometimes the local fisherman sells crabs and lobsters.
If you walk along the cliffs, you get to Penllech sands. It's a good beach and not usually busy. Aberdaron village is about six miles away. Pwllheli is eleven miles, for shops and supermarkets.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a hot tub out there. Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs.
For local information, the Snowdonia National Park site is useful, as is Visit Llŷn.
