Ty Cam is out on the Llyn near Aberdaron. It's a single-storey barn, so everything's on the ground floor. Detached, so it's just you and the fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rating is 5 Star, which mainly means it's well-equipped and kept to a high standard. One of the bathrooms is a wet room, which is useful if you've been on the beach.
The view from the back is the main thing. You look out over the fields straight down to Aberdaron Bay. It's very quiet.
You're about a mile and a half from Aberdaron village. There's a shop, a couple of pubs, and a good chip shop. The coastal path is right there if you want to walk. For a beach, Porthor – the Whistling Sands – is a short drive. Boat trips to Bardsey Island leave from Aberdaron too.
Further afield, Abersoch is about 15 minutes by car for more shops and beaches. The whole peninsula is good for cycling if you bring bikes. We have storage.
The place has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a dishwasher, wifi, and a TV. The garden is enclosed. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. Bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right there.
