Gwdihŵ

This is Gwdihw, a lodge we have near Aberdaron. It's a detached building, on its own. Sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, which is handy.

It's got a 5 Star rating. The main thing is the views. Big windows look out over the fields towards the hills and you can see the sea in the distance near Aberdaron. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all in one open space.

The place is about a mile from Aberdaron village. It's a proper Welsh coastal village with a good beach. You can get a boat from Porth Meudwy, which is just outside Aberdaron, over to Bardsey Island. It's a National Nature Reserve and good for birds. The Visit Wales page for Bardsey has the details.

Within half an hour's drive you've got Abersoch, which is busier, and the Nefyn Golf Club. The whole Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is on the doorstep for walking.

In terms of what's here: there's parking right outside. The garden is enclosed. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
