No. 3 Rabbit Warren is in Sparhamhill, Norfolk. It’s one of a small cluster of holiday homes, but you have your own private garden. It’s a quiet spot. The name ‘Middle of Nowhere’ on the lane is a good hint.

You're right next to the Marriott’s Way for walking or cycling. The old Whitwell and Reepham station is there too, with a cafe. It’s about three miles to Reepham for a shop and a few places to eat.
If you drive, you can get to a few things within half an hour. The Royal Norwich golf club is about ten minutes away. Norwich city centre is half an hour for shops and the cathedral.
The north Norfolk coast, like Cromer or Wells, is also about thirty minutes. So are the Broads if you want to be on the water.
