The Stables is on a farm, but it's not a working farm now. It's detached, next to a big field of about 23 acres. You get a decent view of the countryside from the garden.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's pretty quiet out here.
There's a patio and garden area for you. The kitchen has a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and internet. We've got a highchair if you need one. Parking is right outside.
There's a collection of small animals on site, like chickens and goats. Kids usually like that. You can buy free range eggs.
The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in the village. It's a quick drive.
For getting out, it's a good spot. Norwich is half an hour away for shops, the castle museum or the cinema. The coast is about the same, maybe 40 minutes. Cromer and Sheringham are the main towns there, with proper piers and sandy beaches.
If you like walking or cycling, there are plenty of paths from the door. For a big day out, the Norfolk Broads are about an hour's drive. You can hire boats there. The National Trust places like Blickling Hall are within reach too. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves along the coast are a big draw.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
