The Stables is on our farm in East Tuddenham. It's not a working farm now, so it's just fields and the other cottages. It's detached, so you've got your own space. The place looks out over the meadow. It's quiet.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. Everything's included: bed linen, towels, wi-fi. There's a washing machine and a TV. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
You have a private garden with a patio. There's parking right outside. We can provide a highchair if you need one. Sorry, no pets.
The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in the village. They're both decent.
If you like walking or cycling, the Wensum Valley paths are right on the doorstep. It's flat. The farm itself is 23 acres, so you can just walk out from the door. We have a small pets' corner here with chickens and rabbits. Kids usually like that. You can buy our eggs.
Norwich is about half an hour's drive. That's where you'll find the castle museum, the theatre, and all the main shops.
The north Norfolk coast is a good day out. It's about an hour to places like Cromer or Sheringham. They have proper sandy beaches. Sheringham has the steam railway. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coast and places like Felbrigg Hall. The Norfolk Broads are also about an hour away, if you fancy a boat trip.
For a local attraction, the English Heritage site at Baconsthorpe Castle is just a short drive. It's interesting for a wander.
