This is Clinton Cottage. It's a bungalow in Clint Green, Norfolk. So it's all on one level, no stairs.
It's detached, so you're not sharing a wall. The garden is fully enclosed, which is handy if you have a dog. It's a decent size and gets the sun.
Inside, it's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. It's spacious for a cottage this size. The living room has French doors out to the garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There's a pub and a restaurant about three quarters of a mile away. The nearest shop is a mile.
Norwich is under half an hour's drive. It's a good day out. The castle is worth a look. The Lanes are good for independent shops. If you like history, there are a few National Trust places within easy reach, like Oxburgh Hall.
The coast is about 40 to 50 minutes away, depending on which bit you go to. Wells-next-the-Sea has a nice quay. Cromer has a pier and a sandy beach. Great Yarmouth is more for the arcades and that sort of thing.
The Norfolk Broads are about 40 minutes drive. You can hire a boat there if you want. There's golf nearby, and plenty of walking and cycling routes.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, parking, WiFi. No pets.
