Clinton Cottage
This is Clinton Cottage. It's in Clint Green, which is north Norfolk. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. Detached. You get the place and the garden to yourselves.
It sleeps two, just the one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are a good size, especially the living room which has doors out to the garden. The kitchen's big enough to cook in properly if you want to.
The garden is fully enclosed. Good if you're bringing dogs. You can bring up to two. There's parking right here.
You've got a shop about a mile away. A pub and a restaurant are closer, maybe three quarters of a mile. The local golf course is reached in a few minutes by car.
Norwich is under half an hour's drive. The castle is good, and the city centre has the usual shops and places to eat. The old part, the Norwich Lanes, has independent shops. If you like history, there are plenty of National Trust places within a reasonable drive.
The coast is about 40 to 50 minutes away, depending on which bit you head for. Wells-next-the-Sea has the famous quay. Cromer has the pier and a good beach. Great Yarmouth is more for the traditional seaside thing. The Norfolk Broads are about 40 minutes. You can hire a boat there.
Inside, you've got a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All bedding and towels are included. The heating and electricity are included in the price.
