Pear Tree Cottage
Pear Tree Cottage is in Southburgh, Norfolk. It's a bungalow in our garden. You get your own bit of garden with a patio and a thatched hut to sit in. It's quiet here, just fields and quiet lanes.
It sleeps three in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything's on one level, which is good if stairs are a problem. There are grab rails in one of the bathrooms.
Inside, it's one big open space for the living, kitchen and dining area. There's a separate little library room too. It's been done out in a simple, comfortable style.
The nearest shop and pub are in Watton, about four miles away. A big supermarket is in Dereham, six miles away. You'll need a car.
For days out, the coast at Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkham is about half an hour's drive. Norwich is roughly the same. Thetford Forest is good for a walk or a bike ride and is also within half an hour.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. There's a BBQ. No pets, sorry.
