Pear Tree Cottage is in Southburgh, in Norfolk. It's on our grounds, but it's completely separate with its own garden.
It's a bungalow, everything's on one level. It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's very comfortable.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and living area all together. There's a separate small room with books, which is a nice quiet spot.
Outside, there's a private patio with garden furniture. There's also a thatched hut and a covered deck. They're good spots for a drink or a cup of tea.
You can walk straight from the gate onto quiet lanes. The nearest shop and pub are about four miles away. A larger supermarket is six miles.
For things to do, you're in easy reach of a lot. The market town of Wymondham is about twenty minutes by car. Norwich is maybe half an hour. The Norfolk Broads are within a thirty minute drive too.
In terms of what's here, it's all included: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, bedding and towels. There's parking right outside. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The bathrooms have grab rails and a seat in the shower. No pets.
