The Old Rectory Lodge is in Yaxham, near Dereham. It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. It's attached to the main house, which is the big old rectory you can see. You've got your own garden, it's enclosed.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable, got everything you need. It's all on one level, no stairs. Decorated simply, lots of light. Good for a quiet week.
You're down a private drive, next to the church. It feels a bit tucked away but you're not far from things. There's a pub and a café about ten minutes walk. Dereham is two miles. They've got shops, supermarkets, a pool, a cinema.
The village has footpaths. The kids' play area is by the church. If you like trains, the Mid Norfolk Railway station is half a mile away. You can get a trip to Wymondham or Dereham.
Norwich is about a 25 minute drive. The coast is under an hour. North Norfolk beaches, like Holkham or Wells-next-the-Sea, are that way. The Broads are about 40 minutes east.
Facilities: it's got parking, wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
