In terms of facilities, you've got a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included and there's a cot if you need it. Parking is right there.
East Dereham is the nearest town, about two and a half miles. It's got shops, a market, a cinema, and a swimming pool.
The north Norfolk coast is about half an hour away by car. Places like Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham have big beaches. The National Trust at Holkham is good for walking. The Norfolk Broads are about 40 minutes drive if you want to go on a boat.
For local history, there's Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse, which is close by. Or you've got Sandringham Estate, Houghton Hall, and the ruins at Castle Acre and Walsingham, all within a 30 minute drive.
