The Lodge is in Swannington. It's a detached cottage, Grade II listed. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star property, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring two dogs.
The place is all on one level, so it's accessible if you need that. There's a wood burning stove for the colder months. The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs. There's parking right there.
It's a quiet village. Norwich is about ten miles south if you need a city. The castle is there, and the market. Useful links for that: Visit Norwich and for the castle, Norfolk Museums.
For the coast, it's about half an hour's drive north. Cromer has the pier. Blakeney is good for a walk out to the point. The RSPB reserve at Cley Marshes is along that coast too.
The Norfolk Broads are close, around Wroxham. You can hire a day boat there. The Bure Valley Railway runs from Wroxham to Aylsham.
For a longer beach, Wells-next-the-Sea is about forty minutes away. They have the beach huts and the narrow-gauge railway to the sand.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ and bike storage. It's adapted for wheelchair access at the entrance.
